(More customer reviews)a beautiful fixture and excellent service from the retailer.The instructions are not quite as clear as I would like but I had no trouble installing the fixture.We were a bit disappointed in the amount of light given - with four bulbs you would think it would be brighter but it is still a great choice.One shade had a small crack in it and I received a replacement within three days of requesting it - great service
