(More customer reviews)I would rate this five star if the lamp didnt come dented from shipping everytime we received it. The lamp company did send us a new one but that lamp had a dent in it too. We decided to keep it as it was a hassle sending it back and waiting for new one. The Company paid for return shipping and redelivered a new one with no hassle. The shippers of this large fragile item are not careful enough.

A wonderful contemporary look that features a solid wood frame and base. A stylish espresso finish on the wood panels plays against the cream colored art glass. Mica glass inserts in the center of each panel side offer a warm contrast. Three bulbs illuminate the lamp from within. Fashioned with the naturally occurring mica mineral; slight variations due to the natural tone and pattern of the mineral make each shade unique. Fascination II Table Lamp Review

(More customer reviews)As the title of my review says, this IS indeed an absolutely beautiful lamp.I use the term "good" when referring to price somewhat loosely though; meaning I myself don't really find 300+ dollars for a lamp to be a "deal" but all Uttermost brand table lamps are around this price range and Amazon was offering the Fascination II lamp for the lowest price I could find at $314 (fulfilled by Bellacor) So I bit the bullet and bought 2 and I'm so glad that I did!
If you're looking for a pretty lamp that will definitely stand out in a room, this is a good choice.The lamp takes two 60 watt bulbs that fit horizontally into the lamp. My only complaint, which is something you always risk when buying things off the internet, is that the lamp shades were not exactly the color I was expecting from the photo.I was expecting them to be more of a light ivory color, but they are definitely darker than that.
One thing I was pleasantly surprised about though, was the great packing job by Uttermost.I was afraid that once the lamps arrived, I was going to have to spend a great deal of time untwining all those strands of crystals from one another, or worse yet, have to attch them all to the lamp myself, but they were almost perfect when I unwrapped them. There were only 1-2 inner strands on each lamp that I had to unknot from one another- and that was it.With one lamp, I was even given 5 extra replacement crystal strands. (They must have forgotten to add that in my other box, or perhaps I missed it and accidentally threw it away with the packaging even though I looked for it)
Overall, I am very happy with my purchase of these lamps and can hardly take my eyes off them anytime I walk into my bedroom. I was also happy that Bellacor shipped them before the advertised 6-10 day mark.

(More customer reviews)I have a very modern work desk and this fits right in. Throws off a very bright light typical of LEDs - not a warmer light you may want for home use. Well made and functional with the many positions you can direct the beam. It IS a beam, by the way - somewhat of a spotlight but the sides give off a glow. Because of the primary beam I use this for close work and do not have it on at all times. The dimmer is very handy, though, and allows me to keep it on low when I'm not working. The small base takes up little of my desk space which is appreciated. Why 4 stars and not 5? It simply is overpriced. It's not THAT high quality an item and, hey, it's a desk lamp no better than many others for sale at 80% less. So why did I buy it? I like how it looks and it fits in my work environment. In other words the art value sold me. You'll have to decide if the price works for you. In summary - nicely made, functional and pretty but pricey.

Walnut Mission Tiffany Style Floor Lamp Review

(More customer reviews)This lamp is ok if you are ordering it by itself.I recently ordered one on sale.The reason they are on sale is that they are stained about 3 shades too dark.Its more of a mahogany color than a walnut. If you have the table lamps (like I do), The floor lamp won't match them.If you want a matched set, see them before you buy them (at a Lamps Plus showroom) if possible.

(More customer reviews)This lamp has a fabulous arts & crafts design.However, the lampshade is NOT real or natural mica, it is some kind of plastic immitation.The resin base would be fine except the made-in-China (i'm guessing here) painted highlights in gold (yuck) on it was done by someone who had to be under 8 years old.No paint-between the lines experience to be had here. The paint is on the little round shape on the base.It could have been comletely omitted.I have not decided yet whether or not to keep it.

It looks great in my house, which has a very eclectic interior.The quality of the construction is very good and the glass is really pretty in person.It is actually iridescent.I get a lot of compliments on it, from my "edgy" friends AND from my more conservative family.It's definitely worth the money to get something that's of a higher quality.
