(More customer reviews)I purchased this chair from National Business Furniture via Amazon because my law school used these chairs and they're fabulously comfortable. I work from home on weekends and frequently spend 8 to 10 hours sitting at my desk. As a result, I often have mild back pain, and this chair is fabulous for that--the mesh is breathable and extremely comfortable, with great back support. Now, no back pain from long workdays. I even prefer it over the expensive aeron chair at work.
The real reason why I am writing this review, however, is the customer service. When I originally got the chair, the wheels apparently pushed too far into the 5-prong silver stand, such that when sat on, the silver metal would rub against the wheels, creating friction when you tried to move the chair. This made it relatively difficult to wheel around in it--the chair was still useable and great to sit in, but wheeling around was annoying. When I contacted the seller (National Business Furniture) about this problem, I got an email response the next business day saying they'd shipped out a replacement set of wheels and five-prong base, at no charge. This fixed the problem, and I am extremely impressed.
