(More customer reviews)I purchased this lamp several weeks ago.It worked out of the box.Then it stopped working.Customer service gave me suggestions, then exchanged for a new one with the life time guarantee and wonderful communication.This works as what we call in Seattle "a happy light" or sun replacement.The dimmable feature makes it also functional as an ordinary reading lamp or an ambience lamp.
