Customer service were great, tried to get it working for us, then shipped out a new piece for the piece that did not work. They sent me a label and arranged for the defective piece to be picked up from my door. Very easy and fast. They said it is very rare that a lamp does not work. Now it looks great and works well. Super simple to install. one screw to get it standing, and two screws to adjust height and reach. Love it.
