(More customer reviews)This fan is beautiful and distinguished.I like the metal tips on the fan blades.I purchased two of these fans; this one and another Stealth in gloss black.I installed this one first.I opened the box and removed all the "fixins" from the pockets before I took the top half of the styrofoam out of the box.After I removed the foam I was curious why it was so heavy and wondered if there was something stuck to the underside of the foam.I turned over the foam to see what was stuck to it - to be rewarded with the sound of glass crashing.I hadn't noticed there was a pocket on the top of the foam with the glass in it, covered by another piece of foam.When I turned it over the glass fell out and happened to land on the metal fan housing and broke.I suppose it was good to land in the box so I didn't have glass all over my floor?I called the number for customer support expecting I would have to buy a new glass.Wrong!I got as far as, "the glass was broken..." and he said they would get a new one out to me FedEx.He didn't even ASK me how it came to be broken!I borrowed the glass from the gloss black fan so I could install this one.A week later (it was Thanksgiving weekend) I received the new glass and installed the other fan.
